The flavors are terrific there's no denying them. But some of the chicken pieces never reconstituted quite all the way. They weren't hard just a little bit chewy. We did buy more so the benefits far outweighed that one thing. The Peak Fuel brand has much more protein and not as many carbs as the other brands do either. The amount that you get for a serving is quite a lot. It is very filling! When we can afford them we will buy more.
