Pad Thai, good but not quite as much as other Mountain House meals.
This is a newer flavor. It's okay but other Mountain House meals have been much better. It does have plenty of chicken though. The pouch says to use 1&1/3 cups of boiling water but I think it needs another 1/3 cup to rehydrate better. And personally, I double the time to reconstitute on all the meals. They just seem to turn out better.
