Ground delivery to the continental 48 states. Not valid for HI or AK. (Please call for shipping quote).
(FedEx Air or U.S. Mail is an available option for an additional cost. Call for pricing).
Other Fees such as signature required and delivery confirmation are not included in our flat rate shipping. Such request will result in additional $12.00 per box charged at the time of shipping.
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery — This shipping method is handled by FedEx from pick up from our warehouse to the final destination. This method cannot go to a PO BOX.
FedEx Smart Post — This shipping method is a service from FedEx, where FedEx picks up the package and gets it to nearest post office and then USPS will deliver the package. This Method is slower then FedEx ground because it takes USPS an extra couple of day to sort the package. This service can go a PO BOX.
USPS ( Priority, First-class, Parcel ) — These methods are all handled by the US postal system depending on size and weight and destination depends on the service that will be selected.
Once a package leaves our warehouse Nitro-Pak has no control on how long the carrier will take in delivery. Our Flat Shipping is not Guaranteed date of delivery. The only guaranteed shipping methods are FedEx Next Day, Fedex Second Day and USPS Next Day.
Valid Shipping Methods and Destinations
Larger sized orders will ship usually by the freight or shipping company of our choice. Orders shipped by freight company (orders usually weighing over 400 lbs) will be palletized and are for "rear of trailer delivery only" meaning you are responsible for removing the boxes from the rear tailgate the freight company's delivery trailer. Any optional freight services the freight company may offer (i.e. trailer liftgate, deliver to your door, inside delivery, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer for an additional cost. The freight company will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. A correct deliverable address must be provided with any Suite or Apartment number. Failure to provide your complete or correct address may incur additional shipping company correction costs that they may charge per box or pallet.
