Surprise! It lasted only 4 more years and they were bursting at the seams. After finding the appropriate property, they decided to build a new state-of-the-art facility. They built the “Crown Jewel” of the Heber Industrial Park. This ultra-modern mail-order fulfillment center and corporate headquarters includes over 44,000 sq ft of showroom, offices, and warehouse space. Today, they have become the largest mail-order company in the nation specializing in freeze-dried food and emergency preparedness supplies.

Nitro-Pak has donated over $100,000 worth of food to the Utah Food Bank, the Rescue Mission, and to other charities for the homeless in Salt Lake City and Heber City.

FAST FORWARD TO 2017…

Harry and Vickie decided after 32 years of business that they were ready to retire and enjoy their life doing the things they love to do. In June 2017 they made this retirement official by closing its company doors. A few months later their oldest daughter Kristen and her husband Aaron decided to bring Nitro-Pak back in business. They officially opened their doors back open in January 2018. Aaron and Kristen have worked for Nitro-Pak for many years and understood how the business ran. They both enjoy the outdoors and understand what it takes to be prepared in an emergency. They look forward to continuely serving Nitro-Paks customers and bringing them a peace of mind in any situation!
